We are in-network and paneled with:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

  • Aetna

  • Medcost of NC

  • BHS EAP

We contract with Headway & Grow to bill certain insurances such as:

  • Cigna

  • United Healthcare / Optum

  • Oxford

  • Oscar Health

Can I use my EAP?

Yes, as long as you verify with Headway or Grow Therapy directly to ask that they accept those EAP plans.

Out-of-Network Options:

We often work with clients who have other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. In these cases, we can provide an invoice/superbill for out-of-pocket costs for therapy, should you wish to file for reimbursement with your insurance.

Many times, insurance policies offer a percentage of reimbursement for out-of-network services. Please contact your insurance provider directly to understand your specific policy benefits.

Payment Options:

Payments are accepted via debit, credit and HSA/FSA cards and due at the time of service. Payments are managed through the HIPAA-compliant client portal system.

Cancellation Policy:

Therapy is a time commitment and investment made for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact me via phone, email or client portal at least 1 business day (Friday for Monday cancellations) AND/OR 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid the $120 late cancellation/missed appointment fee.
