Specialized Training

  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of psychotherapy body-based technique that helps people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. EMDR can help people access their natural healing process by challenging negative cognitions associated with traumatic/distressing events.

  • ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (in training currently) is based on helping individuals who may have ADHD learn various strategies, techniques, and overall confidence in managing their symptoms both with and without medication and non-traditional practices.
