Heyyyyy y’all!

I’m so glad you’re here. As a Black, queer, neurodivergent therapist hailing from a small rural town in Eastern NC, I know firsthand how tough it can be to navigate life’s challenges when you’re constantly battling negative thoughts, “masking”, “code-switching”, or just trying to keep it all together in a world that doesn’t always get you.

I specialize in working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent humans who are tired of feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking and ready to break free. If you are someone who’s ready to lean into vulnerability, explore the roots of your challenges, and unlearn the stories that no longer serve you, we’ll get along just fine.

Together, we will create a safe enough space where you can laugh, cry, vent, and even unpack the messy and beautiful parts of being human. I am here to walk alongside you as we confront the discomfort of healing while celebrating your growth and resilience.

If you’re ready to dig deep, challenge your mindset, and finally prioritize your healing journey, I’d love to hear from you.

Let’s make space for joy, connection, and a little light along the way.

Reach out when you’re ready—I can’t wait to meet you!

Our Value Proposition Statement:

Baker Therapy & Consulting Services, PLLC. supports individuals who often struggle to find services that affirm their identities, cultural experiences, and needs.

Unlike larger online group practices, which often overlooks the intersectional identities and systemic challenges that individuals face, leading to disconnection and underrepresentation, Baker Therapy & Consulting Services, PLLC. offers culturally affirming, inclusive mental health care that centers on a sense of belonging and meaningful support.

Our services, led by providers with similar lived experiences, offer a more relatable and affirming space for self-exploration, healing, and personal growth. This empowers both clients and providers to thrive both personally and professionally, fostering lasting connections and sustainable progress in their mental health and overall well-being.
