Online therapy also allows your therapist to see and support people all across the states of North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina. We ensure to always use a safe and secure video platform to conduct all sessions.

Hi ! I’m Tiffany!
As an intersectional minority therapist, I offer a safe and affirming space for individuals from all walks of life. Utilizing a feminist, direct, queer-affirming, poly/ethical non-monogamy, kink/sex positive, body positive approach, I strive to create an environment where authenticity and vulnerability are welcomed and encouraged.
My background as a black, queer, neurodivergent, and first-generation female business owner from a rural town in Eastern, NC has deeply influenced my faith and therapeutic approach with clients. I have (and continue to) deeply understand the challenges of feeling different and navigating various intersections of identity. My upbringing emphasized the importance of caring for others, humility, and challenging societal norms, which has led me to specialize in trauma-based, somatic and feminist approaches.
I prioritize inclusivity, authenticity, and empowerment for every client, aiming to cultivate a warm and trusted space where you can lean into your strengths and make meaningful strides in life. I believe in the value of connection, growth, and lifelong learning, and I am dedicated to advocacy and justice efforts both in and outside of my office.
I also value your comfort and confidence in our partnership, while also allowing the space for grace, being absolutely flawed as a human as well. I am here to support you on your journey, and grateful that you’ve chosen to consider me - starting therapy is huge!

Individual Therapy
In our individual therapy sessions, we offer a safe, intersectional, and affirming space for all. Utilizing a feminist, direct, queer affirming, poly/ethical non-monogamy, kink/sex positive, body positive, empowering approach; we aim to create an environment where you can explore your authentic self and embrace vulnerability. You may benefit from individual therapy if you struggle with highly self-critical and negative self-talk, feelings of not fitting in / fear of missing out, if you're processing past experiences that have changed your perspective on life, and/or find yourself often living in chronic survival mode.

Consulting Services
Our consulting services provide an opportunity for us to partner together to make a greater impact. Operating from a macro-level social work practice, we focus on the big picture by helping large groups and agencies indirectly, yet in impactful ways. We offer services such as research, political advocacy, program assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluation; while still educating people and bringing awareness to issues and still addressing prevalent and societal norms.
